This refund policy is for products purchased from thetownsfolk.com.au. For bottles purchased from our stockists, please review their returns policy.

We hope you love your Townsfolk bottle, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at hello@thetownsfolk.com.au. Please note, there is no returns or refunds on sale items and we don't offer refunds on change of mind purchases however we will offer a credit note once the returned bottle has been received. 

Damaged or Faulty Bottles

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty product we are happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please email hello@thetownsfolk.com.au with a description of the damage or fault.

All returns and a copy of your proof of purchase can be returned to the following address within 14 days of placing your order:

When organising a return please take note of the following information :

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of your order date
  • Goods must be in original, unused condition with original packaging
  • Return postage, fee’s, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customers will be issued a credit, refund or exchange once goods are received and reviewed for signs of use, faults or damage.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your credit, refund or exchange will be processed within 24hrs. Please allow up to one week for your refund to appear in your account. Depending upon your location, please allow up to 10 days to receive your replacement product. 

Refunds 

After your refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

If you haven’t received a refund after 1 week, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@thetownsfolk.com.au
